Indoor hockey
Our club VMHC Basko is a club where hockey, sportsmanship and

are as a club and we focus on the future of the club.
Indoor hockey is a fun, varied form of hockey that takes place from December to March, when field hockey has a winter break. It is played in a sports hall on a playing field smaller than in field hockey, with boards along the edges to prevent the ball from going over the sideline. Players use a lighter ball and stick, and the match time is shorter than on the field.
The matches are played by two teams, each consisting of 5 field players and 1 goalkeeper. Substitutions are frequent, and a team may have a maximum of six substitutes on the bench. Due to the different playing conditions, the rules are slightly different from field hockey.
At Basko, we offer all youth teams the opportunity to play indoor hockey during the winter period.

Internal rental (Basko indoor hockey teams)
Would you like to rent one court in the Basko Dome as a team, for example to organize an extra training session or practice match? That is possible! The cost is €35 per court per hour. The coach can email a request to [email protected].
Mention in the email:
- Name of your team
- Contact person name (for invoicing) incl. mobile number
- Date and time
The room committee will then let you know whether the requested time slot is still available.
External rental
Do you know a person or team looking for indoor accommodation, for example to
Futsal, handball, … or other indoor sports? Then you can indicate that the Basko Dome is also available for rent to external parties.
