To cancel

It is always a pity when members cancel their membership. If you terminate your membership, we would therefore like to hear the underlying reason. Perhaps there is a reason that we, as the board, can act upon. By cancelling your membership in the middle of the season, you very likely disadvantage the rest of the team. That is why, in principle, it is only possible to cancel your membership at the end of the season. It is important, however, that the secretariat is notified before April 1st. This is important because the new team numbers and team compositions must be submitted to the KNHB immediately after this date. Preparation for the new season is hampered by this, and the association may even impose fines if adjustments to team composition or even entire teams are necessary.

If you cancel your membership after April 1st, the associated costs will be charged to you. The fee for a late cancellation is €50. If you cancel your membership after July 1st, you will owe membership fees for the upcoming season. You can change or cancel your membership by sending an email to the Membership Administration. Your cancellation is only valid after the secretary has confirmed it.
